As a small, customer-focused business, we are committed to delivering only the best in hair care products. Due to the personal nature of our products and for essential sanitary reasons, we have adopted a strict no-return policy.

Why We Changed Our Policy

  • Past Experiences: While we previously accepted returns, we unfortunately faced challenges with returned items not meeting our strict hygiene standards. We have had instances where products, such as our hair rods, were returned in a condition that was not just unsaleable, but also posed health risks. This experience has compelled us to reconsider our policy to uphold our commitment to health and safety.
  • Sanitary Concerns: Our hair products are personal and intimate items. Once they are shipped, we cannot guarantee their hygienic integrity if returned. This is critical as these products are in direct contact with skin and hair.
  • Maintaining Quality Standards: As a small business, our resources are focused on quality and customer satisfaction. Implementing a no-return policy allows us to ensure that every product you receive is new, unused, and adheres to the highest sanitary standards.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
